Managing and marketing a holiday rental isn't easy, it is a full time job that requires constant availability and will force you to deal with needy guests, late night calls and countless requests. With Paradise Retreats you simply won't need to take care of any of this, you can just sit back and see your home managed professionally and marketed in every platform so that you won't lose a reservation.
So why us instead of other companies? Well, we have 10+ years of experience and we have under our management only a few selected holiday villas, in this way we can offer a more personalised service and focus on all the aspects we know are essential to bring your rental close to full occupancy.
As often as you can, after all the home is yours! You can reserve any available dates in the property's calendar for personal use, provided (of course) that you honor any guest reservations that were already confirmed. We cannot cancel pre existing bookings as this would not only incur monetary penalties but would also seriously damage the accounts we have in the major online travel agencies, which allow us to be so successful at getting bookings.
As your partner, we are here to stay and to build a successful relationship! Having said that, we believe locking you into a long term agreement is not really the way to go. You can absolutely cancel your Paradise Retreats agreement at any time, we'll just need to honor any confirmed reservations at your home.
We like to keep our fees and commission percentages as low as possible. We will also make sure these are simple and do not hide any extra fee.
Our Digital Marketing package does not charge a monthly fee, we will keep only 15% from the published rate of the rental.
If instead you are after a full management service we usually charge a monthly fee, which is determined by several factors, including your home’s location, number of bedrooms, and level of service you'd like to offer. We are anyway able to keep this fee as low as possible, since we have partnered with some amazing local management companies for more than 10 years.
As homeowners you will often be called to act as plumbers, electricians and housekeepers, this is inevitable. With our Full Management plan you won't need to worry about any of this anymore. We offer a comprehensive solution: we will handle all the hurdles and hassles of running a successful holiday rental, including marketing your property in every platform that counts, dealing with guest requests, taking care of the maintenance of your home and cleaning after every stay. And we can do even more than this, you can also consult us on the home's interior design, or for any legal matter.
We have great accounts in all the major vacation rental sites (like Airbnb, TripAdvisor and Booking.com), and the homes we manage/market often appear at the top of these websites' lists. In addition, there are our own websites and our app!
All we do is focusing over delivering the best service to your guests - their happiness means more repeat visitors and five-star reviews for you (and for our accounts). Before every stay, we will ensure the property is sparkling clean and we will stock your home with all the basic amenities guests might need (like toiletries, towels and paper goods). Our amazing staff will then take care of the rest.
We will give you access to our portal so that you can block dates in the home's calendar in no time. We will also provide frequent reports: in this way you can check your revenue performance or review upcoming bookings. In addition to this, you will be assigned an account manager and you can contact him/her for any question or request you might have.
